Edmonton home builder profiles

Every major Edmonton home builder, compared from the data.

Who really owns them, how many homes they've built since 2014, and what & where they build — pulled straight from Alberta's public Builder and New Home Buyer Protection registries, not marketing copy. 84 builders profiled so far.

"Homes since 2014" counts new homes registered for warranty under Alberta's New Home Buyer Protection Act — a measure of build volume, not annual output. Each profile now breaks out homes per year, recent volume, and an Edmonton-metro community split. Multi-family builders are undercounted (rental units are warranty-exempt). Facts only; an honest read on what owners say is coming.

Edmonton's new-home market, for context

Market-wide new-home starts for the Edmonton census metropolitan area, by dwelling type. Context for the per-builder counts below — those are New Home Warranty registrations (by builder), not starts, so they won't sum to these totals.

About these figures. "Homes since 2014" counts new homes each builder registered for warranty under Alberta's New Home Buyer Protection Act — a measure of build volume since the program began, not an annual rate. Ownership and former-name details come from the public Alberta Builder Registry and corporate records. These are factual profiles compiled from public registries — not reviews, ratings, or endorsements. Trevor Tardif is a licensed REALTOR® with REAL Broker AB Ltd, Edmonton, Alberta.
