Edmonton neighbourhood profiles
Every Edmonton neighbourhood, profiled from the data.
291 of Edmonton's 407 neighbourhoods have enough public data to profile honestly — each page covers the homes, typical assessed values, the people, schools, parks, transit and building activity, benchmarked against the whole city. The rest (industrial areas, the river valley, areas still on the drawing board) are left out rather than padded.
Figures are City of Edmonton 2026 assessed values and the 2021 federal census — directional and comparative, not sale prices. "Typical" means the median.
Want to know which areas favour buyers or sellers right now? The Neighbourhood Market Report ranks all 15 districts and gives ~250 neighbourhoods their own monthly market page. For the city-level picture, see the Edmonton Market Report and the Edmonton economy.

About these figures. Assessed values are the City's mass-appraisal estimates — a reliable directional and comparative signal, not the price a specific home would sell for today. Resident figures are from the 2021 federal census. Trevor Tardif is a licensed REALTOR® with REAL Broker AB Ltd, Edmonton, Alberta. The profiles are the starting point. I'll run the comparison for your shortlist — homes, values, and what each area actually trades at — and walk you through it.
